Hi, I am user of Gtran GCP-4020 mobile in India. The LCD for my handset needs to be replaced and customer care here is not responding and I was told that there are out of stock because of some problems at your end.
I would be highly obliged if you would lokk into this matter ASAP

| Hi! This is Tilak, from Mumbai (India). I have Gtran 4020 CDMA. I'm facing the problem with mobile battery,its not lasting for more than 20 minutes(both of the batteries).It is not available in mumbai(maharastra->India) service center for more than 3 months(since last three months i have been contacting them and they say its not available).nor I am getting any concerete response from them. Help me to get the battery replacement. Hope I receive a positive response from gtran, as customer centric organisation. Waiting for your reply. |

Hello,
Sir i from india using gtran mobile(GCP-4020)I'm facing the problem with mobile battery,its not lasting for more than 20 minutes(both of the batteries).It is not available in mumbai(maharastra->India) service center for more than 3 months(since last three months i have been contacting them and they say its not available).I have written hundereds of mail to gtran india but not a single response from them.Help me to get the battery replacement.Hope I receive a positive response from gtran.If possible please also provide the car chargers(ciggrate charging spot ones) for the same.So atleast we can charge anytime.
